I am slowly starting to pump less, feed less... in the hopes of transitioning Amelia to a milk based formula for a few months starting in January... and then whole milk in about March or April.
I never imagined feeding/pumping would ever last this long. It was H.E.L.L for the longest time, but once we found our way - it's really been pretty much fine. A couple bumps here and there... but other than that - pretty smooth.
Hopefully the end goes more smoothly than the start!!
