Straws and Forks

Amelia has recently decided that *she* can use a fork too. You know - just like the rest of us...

I like how she closes her eyes. As if eating with a fork is not already as challenging for a toddler as trying to land a plane on a ship in the ocean after dark... she closes her eyes! Visualization!!

This is her "do you really have to take pictures of me at every meal??" look. Also known as PISS OFF.

Note how her hair is sticking straight out now, from sauce. Yum! People wonder why she needs a bath EVERY night...??

On the weekend, Mattie taught Amelia how to drink out of a straw. It took about 4 tries. She really likes (loves!) Kool Aid!

I think this picture is cute because you can see Mattie phantom sucking right along with her - the same way parents feeding their kids in a high chair open and close their own mouth's as if they are being fed. :)
